Awesome place… best of the high desert music scene…. great food too!!! “FINAL EXIT” ROCKS!

Wow, I guess this place has changed since 2001 I used to live there when it was ran by a Ralph Rayburn I was paying a monthly rent and I also was in charge of keeping the rooms clean and stocked with towels and linen so I guess you can say I was housekeeping while I was staying there with my two young sons boy that was years ago since then my kids are grown young adults plus had a daughter since 2001 so yeah all three are adults my husband and I were staying there with our sons at the time we had the best room which was # 1 right next to the garage that is what it was at the time don’t know what it is now we live close by still not far from there well I guess they cleaned it up for the better hopefully ran off the hood rats that used to hang out there don’t know who owns it now when I was there Ralph Rayburn had it and his brother stepped in to take over the motel side Ralph was running the bar well I must admit it is the best place to enjoy the sunset such an incredible view and that will always be as for the entertainment I never went to the bar I as my husband don’t drink although before I met my husband I did go to the restaurant there and had dinner back in the 90’s was quite a night beautiful night sky you could see all the stars and admire the lights so like I said glad to see they cleaned the place up it did have a pond but Ralph had that taken out he drained it 🤷🏼‍♀️my dog used to jump in it and go swimming lol 😂 well good luck to whoever owns it now !!!

My wife and I stayed there recently the night before a funeral service. I picked this place due to the nice views seen online. I agree the views are wonderful. However, we needed a good nights sleep and they never happened. The service was bad and rooms even worse. Let me explain. First off the room has no hair dryer. The person who runs the place would not bring us one until the following morning well after we had to be at the service. We were forced to drive to Target to purchase one.

The room gave me a top 3 worst nights sleep ever. First off the place is full of folks I would call tweakers. The air vent in our room #11 located directly above our bed served as a speaker for another room in the building. We could hear everything going on loudly and clearly. They were loud and did not settle down until 5am. We had to be up at 6:30am. When I notified the person running the place they said it was an ongoing issue. WHAT? I would avoid this place if you have any desire to sleep.

Excellent time

It was such a pleasure to stay in this wonderful place. The room was cute. The mountain view is so amazing, such a great sunset and the view at night overlooking the city and a awesome view of the stars.
